Not too bad actually. Struggled some with control and his velocity falls a little too much in the stretch, but he handled himself okay. His second inning was much better than his first where he was able to get out Laird, Bregman, and Hale in order after giving up a leadoff double to Byrd.

It was tough to tell how good his off speed was. He seemed to used the the change up more than the curve.

Not scrimmage related but just looking at the schedule on LSUSports.net and 5 of our SEC series are going to be Thurs-Sat this year. Arkansas, Alabama, Texas A&M, Miss State and South Carolina. The last weekend is always this way but the other 4 must be for TV.
