LSU baseball not competitive

The coach sets the tone, the personality of the team. Mainieri is seems content to walk around and smile a lot, look at the ranking of recruiting class.
We need a coach with "some fire in his belly" someone who will get in the game, have players who get dirt on those pretty uniforms and will get in somebody's face.
Mainieri is not competitive!!

I saw the coach give up on his team yesterday. He doesn’t have the drive any more and he sure as hell doesn’t have his players backs. Let that cheating ump walk all over him and his team. Time for him to go.

I'm not sure why I'm getting downvoted for asking the OP who he suggests as a replacement. It's a reasonable question. And I'm trying to keep a running list of the suggestions from this board.
So far they lack imagination. It's mostly been people from Mainieri's coaching tree, which seems a little strange. Kind of like hiring your old football coach's defensive line coach to the head coach or something.
