You forgot Brandon Larson.

I would put Armando Rios or Mike Koener in your OF, and move Lyle Mouton to DH.

Gotta have more than one pitcher

Pontiff is nowhere near being on the all-time team, let alone the starting DH. Larson, Fontenot, Dean, etc were way better hitters.
No way Barbier is on there either. Probably Nate Dunn or Trey McClure at 3b if you're not allowed to just move over a SS or 2B. So many stud SS but not many at 3B.

Impossible list.
-------------
I agree. LSU baseball has had too many greats to settle on a list like this. Some guys, like J.C. Holt, never seem to get mentioned for things like this, but they were amazing players.

DJ LeMahieu is the poster boy for the changing dynamics of college baseball from "Gorilla Ball" to the game we have today.
He was at LSU for two years, never made the All-SEC Team, batted at the most .290, at the most 5 HR's, yet for me he is one of LSU baseball's all-time greats.

Larson over Bregman
Nathan Dunn over Barbier
Koerner over Mahtook (close one)
A plethora of hitters over Pontiff...Wes Grisham or Russ Johnson

DJ was the leading hitter at .350 on the ‘09 championship team.

A quick look at lsusports.net says he batted .337 and .350 in his two years at LSU. Not sure where you pulled .290 from. He was an amazing hitter at LSU.
