Pain in the arse. My brother felt the need to take a smoke break after every piece of furniture he took in. So, he's my least favorite person right now. Three away probably half my clothes. Two truckloads of random bullshite to goodwill.

And yeah. He's fricking worthless right now. I guess it could be worse. He's not a drug addict or dead beat dad or anything. He's just a useless 23 year old. He does need to get his shite together though.
ETA: I really shouldn't be this judgemental though. I've gone through some rough times myself and he's always been supportive.
