The last page has some gems... anyone want to go knight for Choup?

That's not neccessary. I'm sure that even in this thread many disagree. It's okay to have a difference of opinion. But once things turned ugly I dug in held my ground.
It made the wifey sad, I didn't get the dishes done last night. Oh well, they'll still be there this evening and I'll take care of it then.

You took the wrong angle. Rantards are starting to believe putting players in the NFL is better for LSU than winning championships.

I just read the rest of it. I don't even see what the argument is?
Everything was just rambling. The only 2 sided discussion I saw was the 1 BCS bowl in 6 years/seasons, and that isn't really up for argument at all.

No doubt. As stated before, you and Ell handled that thread much better than I. Drop in and make a statement, then exit stage left. I got caught up in the long debate that some people don't want to hear. That's the second time since November I've done that. The last time was arguing for Jeremy Hill to get more carries.
Doesn't make me right, and I actually thought BlackHelicopterPilot brought up and interesting point.

I don't think I converted anybody to my point of view.

We don't have muck this thread up. We can discuss it in other threads.

So, what do we know about VT's Jeff Grimes?

Is anyone here going to the 2 Seam Dream Team Foundation activities at the Box this coming Saturday, assuming the weather cooperates?
I'm going if for no other reason to get a look at the new turf in foul territory.

I want to. But with a newborn I have to pick my battles. Plus, I'll be running part of the Louisiana marathon route that morning.

Found this interesting link from Baseball America breaking down the stats of their top 100 college draft prospects. LINK
quote:
Louisiana State righthander Aaron Nola (No. 5) has superb control. The average walks per nine for the group is 3.64, but Nola sports a 1.04 career mark. His strikeout-walk ratio (8.5) is more than three times the group average (2.5).
