I will be in St. Louis for the month of September so catching the early season games will have to be at the bar or a nice hangout place. What are some popular places to watch LSU and maybe be surrounded by some Louisiana folks?

Billy G's Kirkwood

Huge alumni base in STL. Should be lots of LSU fans around the city.

You have me curious about the Top 5 city chapters. I belong to Chicageaux. Decent numbers. I’d have to imagine Houston and Dallas for the top spots. Someone said that Houston actually has two.

There is a nice group in the Los Angeles area. I actually saw a bowl game with them while I was visiting my daughter.

I went to Jameson’s in Santa Monica. Wasn’t bad at all.

There’s a St Louis alumni group on Facebook. Seems like they’ve had some activities at Evangeline’s.

Excluding Houston (every bar is half LSU fans), Boston (baseball tavern), New York City (legends) and Chicageaux (standard bar and grill? - changes often) are my favorites. Boston for big games takes the cake.
