I don't think there is any way CBS passes this game up no matter what happens this weekend.

Yes, CBS will more than likely have that game but I would not be surprized if it is moved to a 4:00pm KO and with the time change the week before 80% of that game will be under the lights.

Although unlikely, it could be a double-header with us on Prime time. UF is at Vandy on that day. If we beat UGA and UGA beats UF, this game has great meaning in the SEC East

Ive actually heard that will be the case. but doesnt LSU have the option to refuse CBS, and have a night game? If i remember correctly, they only have to accept one day game a year.( dont haze me but i may be thinking of the old JP 11:30 contract) If they would reject, i know espn would jump all over it.another option would be if CBS did a primetime game like Florida, which they do a few times a year. cross my fingers it goes our way.

Because me, sitting at my desk, worrying about the UGA game (and not thinking about what time another game might be) will actually help the LSU football team in what way?

Fans can look ahead, it's okay...you should try it sometime.

I am praying that CBS elects to put this in primetime. If bama and LSU win this weekend and definately think that is a possibility

You are thinking of the old JP contract. We had to host one of those 11:30 games every 2 years. If CBS wants the game they can have it and there is nothing anyone can do.

Pretty sure this won't happen. If I remember correctly, CBS only does one primetime game a year, and that it is always the weekend where ABC shows NASCAR instead of football. I may be wrong on that. I also think that CBS has said the 4pm start which was used when we played @ Bama last year was an experiment that will not be used again this year.
