This is an outstanding job by O, to identify guys of this caliber and make a place for them. This is shaping up to be a very good defensive staff.

Any team that's worth anything has as many analysts as possible by rule. We are gonna have the same number of analysts every year

You might want to pump the brakes a bit. Brady was an on-field coach as PGC. This guy is the defensive equivalent of Russ Callaway. That’s not a bad thing either, as he worked with the QBs this season and seems to have done a nice job.
