Realistically there's probably a 70/30 chance of getting the foul call.

Not in this game

That's 42 straight times that we held the ball for the last shot that one player held the ball near midcourt, let the clock wind down, then went one on one to the basket while 4 guys picked their nose at the three point line. Try something different, please!

We have arguably the best iso player in the country... Also a great Passer and draws fouls

14 fouls on each team

At least they're keeping track and keeping it even

Biggest misnomer in basketball. Just because fouls match up doesnt mean they are calling it "even or fair". Different teams play different styles and USC plays much more physical because they have to.

One of the worst halves I've ever witnessed. I don't understand how the officials can look at each other and think they did a good job.

2 foul outs each team.

These refs need to take their own "special place" time this break and loosen it up about 28% at the least.

Oh and Slack, instead of pointing out grammar mistakes, you should work on YOUR defensive interpretations and learn the difference between zone, man, half court, and box and 1. Trap and press we will work in next week for you douche

Then why is it always Quarterman or Gray that end up with the ball in their hands for the last shot?

My takeways from 1st half:
1. Refs. 28 fouls called. Simmons and Victor fist foul <2 mins played. Both Simmons and Victor with 2 fouls with >8 mins remaining.
2. FTs. We've been atrocious.
3. ORBs. Ball has bouncing to USCe, not just legit ORBs.

I'm amazed we're only down 4 points at halftime.

Smthg has got to be done about this. Nobody but hardcore fans are able to even watch. My dad is a huge lsu fan, but doesn't really like basketball. He text me and said he couldn't watch anymore, it was boring, taxing and maddening. No reason to watch

Bridgewatwr and Epps did a great job keeping it to 4 points down with Simmons and Victor out.

I agree. Not only kept them from
Getting 3rd foul, but saved legs for the second half.

Epps, Bridgewater, Malone and Robinson being able to eat 12-16 minutes a game will be huge come Tournament time

It's not. After a timeout it's always Simmons.
