UGA hitters would have put that 3rd strike into the trees. Curiel just watches it.

Seems we have been chasing breaking pitches all night for strike 3 while GA watch them go by for a ball and a walk.

Did Pearson play at all during the 5 game win streak? Sometimes you gotta stay with what’s working.

Not sure the name but the guy is always in baseball threads saying this. He said he's playing with a torn labrum all year and is promised 700k+ to stay next year. Just the labrum injury sounds fishy to me.

Yes, he played Tuesday, and I promise his performance today was as good or better than what you would have gotten out of a hodgepodge of Yamin/Simpson/Dardar/Whoever.

The double challenge and the run taken off the board and a potential big inning ended was the turning point.

LSU pitching and the inability to for LSU batters to close it out. Got to put away teams. Those are the turning points.

Worst pitching staff since Smoke Laval, not one pitcher can be counted on.

8 runs on a Friday should be plenty to win. This game just like the entire miss state series is on the pitching or lack there of

I just don't see how he is a first round draft pick. I've seen the projections, but he's a singles hitter who has struck out a ton this season against college pitchers
it's worse than that. He's a singles hitter who tried his best to show power this year and failed at it. The main reason he has more strike outs is trying to prove he has the power for the next level.

It sucks for him. Because he's really good at playing CF and he's a great hitter. But, the MLB doesn't appreciate good batting averages anymore.

Agreed, but I’d like to know how many points LSU has given up with 2 outs this season

Turn and kiss a Birmingham replay official. Buy them dinner too.
