Man we all need to be hacking at first pitch fastball. Meatballs but we’re taking most of the time. Then swinging at bb in dirt

I copy the data for each game for each player and compile it for SEC play and for each SEC series using Excel. It's just something I like to do. It also gives me the ability to look at things not as readily available that I may find interesting right on a spreadsheet I have. Nerd genetics coming to the forefront

I agree man. Jones has been clutch all year. Has a couple strikeouts in the SEC (outside of Missouri and SC) but he is legit. Doubt he starts off in A ball, probably goes straight to double a for a few weeks, then triple.

Bear looked for fastballs on the first two pitches and they were breaking balls low and away for swings and misses. This is not a universal truth.

We’ll see. He can be a great college hitter when he’s dialed in, but it may take some time to pick up pro pitching.
