We already had a play like this in the MSU game where a HBP was reviewed, overturned, and they advanced the runner to 2nd.

Why did he take so long to tag up? As soon as the ball is in the air, Bain needs to tag and head to 2nd. Force the 1st baseman to cut it or let it go.
