first 2 drives were complete anomalies. but you can't keep pinning us back on the 5 yard line if you're also not scoring.

Remember Dabo going nuts and chest bumping one of his coaches (OC?) on the TD by Higgins to put them up 17-7?

He really thought he won the game at that point.

The game reminded me a lot of the 2007 BCSCG with tOSU. The Buckeyes got an early 10-point lead and started to look they they thought they had it wrapped up. A couple of adjustments by Pelini (mainly more man coverage, and sending more pressure), and the game turned into the 38-24 rout that it was.

What I loved about going down early is Clemson and their fans got big heads real quick. That’s when we decided to donkey kick them right in the nuts and literally made them quit. Its bad when you take a knee at the end of the game just so you can help them stop the bleeding.

Perfect analogy.

They punched us in the mouth and asked us to respond, just like Clemson did.

We outscored Ohio State 38-7 before giving up a garbage time TD. It was beautiful to watch in the exact same way we enjoyed embarrassing Clemson.
