No. The call was PI, which was BS. Tolliver has a right to that position if he establishes it first. If the WR can't run by him, he has to pull up and cut inside. Again, with the hand fighting going both ways, it's BS. That was poor route awareness by the WR rewarded.

Anything positive Syracuse has done has been because of a penalty they haven't earned anything on their own
