Horrifyingly bad PI penalty and then Brantley sacked a yard deep in the EZ for a non-safety. LSU can often overcome its own coaching but struggles when the refs join in.

Just was checking the predicton threads. LSU already has more points at half time than most of the predictions give them for the whole game.

i want Brantley to be on his arse at LEAST 5 times in the 2nd half. We need to take the will to play out of him.

CUM is not disinterested he has to be more calm and i am certain that is what his doctors told him if he wants to continue coaching...

It was not a safety. People really need to stop bitching about it. The tackle was initiated with Brantley and the ball both out of the endzone. It's NOT A frickING SAFETY because of FORWARD PROGRESS, so please give it up.

I'll just say this, there is no excuse for losing this game. The second half should be more physical domination and we honestly should win by more than 10 pts.

my honest opinion of Meyer...
he is a good coach, but he also lucked up and got a player like Tebow (a specimen, nothing like him) and that really helped propel his team.
i think he invested so much love and admiration into Tebow that it's almost like a son died or something...
that and the lack of a power run game.

I think it wasn't a safety because his forward progress was outside of the endzone. He was knocked back into the endzone.

I would rather that NOT be a safey (forward progress is correct) because we got excellent field position (and a TD) because of the punt.
