Geaux Tigers. Need a big bounce back tonight.

Have to find a way to knock down some jumpers, team can't throw it in the ocean right now.

honestly, if Blakeney is hitting shots, we win. It seems like that is the biggest reason why LSU is struggling. He hasn't just been bad, it's been worse than that.

If he's shooting like he's capable, then we can win against anyone

What people are forgetting, is we are missing open shots. Yea, they're 3's and people on the rant hate shooting 3's. But if a team plays most their players inside to stop Ben, we have to knockdown open shots. Sampson and Blakeney going 0/12 from the field, then not have Hornsby or Victor...we had no chance. Blakeney hasn't shot 1/10th of what he's capable. I expect them to turn it around tonight. If we lose tonight, I'll officially be devastated.

If his shots aren't falling, then he needs to learn how to do other things, not just keep hoisting them up. He isn't exactly Klay Thompson out there and we have other 3 point shooters.

Of course this is where the coach would normally come in, so...

Johnny has been exposed. Long season ahead of people sagging off of Simmoms forcing him to pass to perimeter shooters.

Start over with new coach next year.

7 point win is an easy victory? lol. We're shooting 64% from the free throw line so far this year. I pray we don't have to rely on free throws late in a game to win at this point!

THIS!!!!!

We beat NC State if we make 1 more free throws and Marquette if we make 2 more free throws. It baffles me and D1 basketball player (as well as NBA players) can be so terrible at free throws.

People on the rant don't hate that LSU is shooting 3's. They hate that LSU is more than happy to take the first available 3 pointer rather than run any semblance of an offense that might allow them to get a better look.

This team is a guard oriented group with no inside scoring presence outside of Simmons. By default, they are going to take more outside shots than the average team. Still, there is relatively little effort to get shots at the rim other than one-on-one takes. Simmons is probably the best passer in CBB, yet rarely does anyone make a back-cut or flash to the basket for Simmons to find them

I forgot the stat, but its something like Blakeney is averaging 8 points in LSU losses and 19 in wins...

So 8 points away from home, and 19 at home? What a freshman.

Oh my god please stop with this now. We have played six basketball games with our best players being true freshmen. It takes time. Freaking Tiger b-ball fans need to slow the frick down.

If LSU loses tonight , Johnny Jones needs to be let go after the season.

The only reason you care about the basketball team right now is because of Johnny Jones right now.

Not saying he's a good coach just making a point.

How cant you not see JJ is not a good BB coach? He has no passion or ability to make adjustments.
