Despite all the negatives out there and the way we look, they are 3-1, should be 4-0, and there are other teams worse off right now. Clemson 2 losses, Whisky, UNC not as good as expected, Indiana started 15th in county. I know we aren’t gelling No running game, bad OL, green behind the ears coors, but we still control our destiny, even TxAM is poor offensively. If we can continue to scrap, get everyone healthy we got a chance. I know it doesn’t look right and I understand football and how we’re playing, but these other teams that were supposed to be so much better than us aren’t all that. If we can get everyone healthy and get the OL to somewhat resemble a halfway decent OL, I’m saying yes, “So I’m saying there’s a Chance”

What the hell are you talking about? UCLA kicked the shite out of LSU. They were up on us by 18 points in the 4th quarter. Where the hell do you people come from?

Function of the schedule.

We were never losing to McNeese or CMU and Miss State will lose 7-8 SEC games.

I wasnt A doom and gloom poster, but I am Not a sunshine pumper either. I dont see us beating good teams.

Yes we lost to UCLA but it is possible for a team to get better and keep building on momentum and I see this team getting better each week. The score doesn’t dictate the game at all. It was 28-10 with 6 mins to go. Defense looks legit and played in a formation we have never played in. Now we play Auburn(Finley) at 8pm in Tiger Stadium. We win this game and I think sky is the limit. You have no idea what confidence can do for a young team.

Also NC state beat Clemson and Miss State beat the shite out of NC state.

Miss State also lost to Memphis and squeaked by La Tech.

We scored 28 points. Less than Memphis and La Tech.

I don’t agree. UCLA did NOT beat the crap out of us. That was very winnable game. People forget it was their second game. Makes a huge difference.

Objectively, we don't have a very good offense

we don't run any mis direction, we don't run sweeps

we don't run screens

we don't change the running game

it's underwhelming big time

LB is a weakness on this team

injury bug is back

8-4 is our ceiling

Honest question, who is really, really good in the SEC? UGA, yes, Bama, yes as usual. Florida yes. All 3 of those look like legitimate CFP contenders. Arkansas is a good team, I don't think CFP, we will see Saturday. A&M is ok, but are they really impressive. 20 points on offense vs CU and Arkansas combined. That is a winnable game, Arkansas at Tiger Stadium is winnable. UK is a solid team, but beatable.

Right now it is a one game, week to week season, beat Auburn at home and your 4-1, 2-0 in SEC. Get momentum and just get a win at UK, all of a sudden LSU is 5-1, 3-0 in SEC with Florida coming to town, need 90K plus in Tiger stadium for Gators and lets see what happened.

We’re lucky to be 3-1 considering we rank 120th in the nation in rushing. You’re not gonna beat good teams with that trash stat

Offense was 5-32 yesterday on 3rd down. How is that getting better?

Read that out loud and tell me which is more likely:

1) LSU has 32 third downs in one game, and only converted 5 times. And therefore that LSU faced 27 4th downs. And since you never saw the FG unit out there…our punter punted 27 times. Which would be a record if not for this LINK

OR

2) That was a typo and it really should say 5 for 12. Which isn’t good either but not a record-setting level of futility.

I disagree, we were outplayed, UCLA took a mercy knee at the end of the game.

I read that too. But instead of repeating it, I stopped to think about it.

Take out the kneel downs, it was 5/11 which is damn near 50%, which is very good
