The score might not be quite what I would have wanted, but besides that one bad defensive drive and a couple mistakes, I really liked what I saw in the first half.
Offense is actually trying to use it's play makers and the D wasn't playing much 10 yards off bullshite.

If you've got TIVO or another DVR, rewind to 8:54 left in the 2nd Q. Upper middle of the screen, Nevis is getting his jersey ripped off right in front of the ref, while the runner moves right by him for a first down. If that holding doesn't happen, Nevis crushes the runner. If the ref that's staring at it calls the holding, it's a drive killer and Vandy doesn't score, IMO. Just shows how one missed call can affect a game. Tigers look good enough to beat the refs tonight too though.
