One of my favorite LSU photos/posters. I wish we would have won that game I'd have had it framed no doubt. Kind of hid it in my closet after the game I was so pissed because I think we should have won. Definitely helped Clemson make statement in this game that carried over. They added a Tombstone in their "Graveyard" near their stadium for Gods sake.
I also did love how Les got those teams fired up before they took the field. Always theatrical that's for damn sure.
I may not like Eric Reids politics but guy was a dude and one of the best we ever has at the safety position. Could do it all and was tough as nails vs the run which I liked cause showed a ton of Heart. Him carrying out the flag here is the icing for this shot.

*No idea how to make this picture bigger. I used the "PostImage" site if there is one better please make a suggestion and I'll try to enlarge it.

Crazy game. They couldn't stop our run game but Les called pass plays at the worst times late in the game. All he had to do was be Les Miles and keep calling toss dives and we would've won.

2012 may have been the biggest "what could have been" season in LSU football history, aside from maybe 1969. That team was way too good to have ended up in the Peach Bowl.

No doubt I didn’t know what to expect that season after the National Championship debacle earlier in the year but the team was really good adding a new dimension with Mett.

I was there. D'Andre Hopkins was unstoppable, and LSU did a piss poor job of coaching. Les was clueless in the back half of the game. I remember the time of possession being squarely in their favor.

Love how it looks like Eric Reid is carrying the flag

Took family to the game. Horrible outcome. Bummer time. Should have won that one.

At one point we were down 3 olinemen, 2 lbs, 2 rbs, and we lost the heart of our defense before the season. There hasn't been a lsu squad more plagued by injuries that I can remember.

31 freshmen started that year and we returned a shite load from 2011. That's how bad injuries were.

Still no idea how we lost that game other than 2 dreadful play calls at the end. That game gave Clemson’s whole program life.

Last season

2012 was worse imo.
Starting left tackle
2 other olinmen
Last Kwon and minter in the lb Corp.

Maybe I'm thinking 2012 was worse cause of expectations. I didn't have any expectations for last year.
