Sorry but I think Louisville beats Bama and Michigan. Likely Clemson too on a neutral field

You need to go ahead and come back to reality. I dont think Louisville hangs with Bama or Michigan. I agree with Clemson though

Answering the question in the OP is easy: NO. Hell Penn State just beat #2 and isn't ranked at 5-2. LSU would move up quite a bit though.

I tend to agree. I think LSU would be favored by at least a touchdown on a neutral field against all of the following:

Nebraska
Baylor
West Virginia
Florida State
Boise State
Florida
Oklahoma
Utah
Tennessee

I think we would be a touchdown underdog on a neutral field against Alabama and maybe Louisville. The others (Michigan, Clemson, Washington, Ohio State, Texas A&M, Wisconsin, Auburn) would be close, according to the oddsmakers--either we or they would be favored by less than a touchdown. This is, of course, just my guess.

No way OSU should be ranked above A&M given that their respective losses were to an unranked team vs #1 Bama.
OSU is a media darling, but they should be switched with A&M

The Tennessee ranking boggles my mind and a reason I thought LSU would be 18. Tennessee is more lucky than good and they ain't that lucky anymore. LOL!

The big jump comes if we beat Bama, correct. Moving from 10 to 4 is going to require some losses in front of us. We have to be in and win the SECCG to have a shot to get to 4.

We were beat by 2 points to an unranked team also, but dropped from #5 to #22 I believe.
