Georgia Tech runs the option offense, which is very difficult to prepare for and defend. You can't compare the two.

I think that those that say LSU was 'holding back' are just looking for an excuse to justify a sub-par performance.
Or Crowton didn't want to stretch it out and called what he trusted Lee to run. We ran many plays identical to those we ran with Lee at Auburn. Oct 11th will be huge. LSU @ UF and OU v Texas.

Does anyone think LSU was holding back last night and not wanting to open playbook too soon? What say you?

Honestly, I think the playbook isn't open because our QB either isn't comfortable with all of the plays, or can't execute all the plays... yet.

I was calling the plays from the stands. "32 Smash right, on 2"

Offense had two turnovers that contributed to us scoinr gless, and them scoring more.

the team also was giving Lee his first start, so the offense did not do much, and the turnovers made the play calling more conservative to assure victory.

maybe, but they should have executed what they did better. i dont understand why we left scott and lee in through 4th quarter. we should have played riddley, williams , and murphy and jefferson, we might need them down the road

We are not blitzing like we used to, not sure if they are holding them back or just a new style.
