I say they aren't gonna show anyone a damn thing and they shouldn't.

I'm saying this assuming he can throw just as good as he can run.
It wouldn’t be a competition right now if that was the case.

I believe hands down the best qb, given the fair opportunity

Are u serious? A QB that can pass and run for damn sure delivers a higher ceiling and another headache for defenses.

I would hope it wouldn't but you have some on here that don't think a true dual threat is better than a pure passer in college. A true dual threat just gives an OC so many more options in college.

JJ 2018. Consider me not a fan.
See exhibit A consisting of the 2017 National Championship game when a QB entered the game that could throw the ball.
So you rather the not as mobile guy who completed 50% of his passes today vs the mobile guy who completed 70% of his passes and averaged more yards per completion and attempt?!
You may not be a fan but your damn sure are stupid.

Making decisions off of one scrimmage where we don’t know the situations each was put in. Smart.

True , but who says LN is that QB? If he shows it on field and gives us best chance to win , I am all in. Kid had Not one but two major knee operations. I am sure defense wasn't going all out after QB. iIf so bet they held back a little because LN is a teammate. May the best kid win

Typical spring football reaction
Typical fanboy reaction as well

Is there some chance you might feel he's not being given a fair shot at it?

Why not use the stats from all of the scrimmages?

No matter what happens, fanboys will claim he wasn't given a fair shot

He rushed for over a 100 last scrimmage
No he didn’t. You are fake news. He rushed for like 17.

We all know that have ACL surgeries aren’t career ending or threatening anymore. People forget about Deshaun Watson and his knee issues.

Ed said if it was contact he would have. Let’s just assume he probably would have bc the kid can run.

Go ask LF7 how it was to play against Alabama with no threat to throw the ball behind center two years in a row. Great defenses stack the box and shut the run game down.
Newsflash... we no longer have LF7 or Guice in the backfield. You put Lowel back there and they’re doing nothing but keying the QB. We may scratch 2 conference wins this year with that plan (IF his run game is the best asset he provides).
Posted on 4/14/18 at 8:52 pm to Sev09
Don't say anything Sev. I also heard he didn't rush for 100 or even close. Also heard he throw a lot of shirt passes which made his percentage high. I hope he continues to improve , I like his upside. I love his size and thought before his second surgery he was one of the best dual QBs coming out highschool that year. I can say from experience two knee surgeries are not a picnic to come back from. Hey I hope both play so well that O Is forced to play both
