1)Luther Davis
2)Kenny Bell
3)Robby Green
4)Bradley Sylve
5)D. Sentimore
6)Tim Williams
7)Raheem Falkins
8)Denzel Duval
9)hootie Jones
10)cameron sims
11)cameron robinson
12)landon collins
13)eddie lacy

Much is made of the louisiana kids that sign with bama. However, when you look at the guys that have had major contributions or star power, it's about a 30% clip. I would say greg robinson, d. Williams, dak prescott, center for miss st, and josh robinson are as good or better college football players than anyone bama got from louisiana.

Can't sign them all. Kids want to go where they want to go. It's just life, brother.

Especially when you churn out NFL players at a higher rate than any other state in the union.

Funny that people think this is some new phenomenon when in fact, more people are staying home than ever before.

One thing that just doest smell right....

Recruiting players already on the team.

How does that other team get players to delay the big NFL payday?? Hmmm

half of that 13 aren't really worth much. However, the concern is losing four and five star guys but it happens. I do think LA should be very hostile to anyone that has a LSU offer and chooses to leave.

Saban had big success at LSU when these kids were growing up + can't sign everyone + REC = LA kids heading to Bama. When Saban retires/leaves it will stop.

I was just saying on here the other day how surprising it that so many kids stay in Louisiana. shite, the country is your oyster. You could go practically anywhere.

Now compare that rate with the same criteria for LA players that sign with LSU.

We get guys from other states

Non-story

I don't think LSU would trade J. Adams, Kwon, Paris, etc for too many in-state guys that left.

Can't get them all but can't continue to miss on impact NFL talent

Outside of Robinson, Collins and Lacy those aren't players that would have made any more of a difference than the players LSU was able to replace them with.

It's rare to find a starting LT in Robinson as a true fr but he would be hard pressed to start on this year's LSU line, he wasn't starting at T over Collins or Hawkins this year.

Collins would be in the secondary at S

Lacy wasn't really a miss, academics moved LSU in other directions and LSU had stockpiled the RB position enough to where they didn't miss that production.

Besides Cam Robinson, who's an NFL talent that we've missed on and haven't found a suitable or better replacement for?

Davis was not missed on dline
Bell was not missed when you look at LSU WR talent during that period
Green didn't make it to the end of his Tide career
Sylve is 3rd team as a junior
Sentimore had to go jc route
Williams is in Saban's doghouse
Falkins has yet to contribute much at all
Devall probably would have contributed at LSU but has been injured this year
Jones - his replacement in Adams is better already
Sims has played a little but Dupree is better

LSU is one school that's not missing NFL impact players.....but that list doesn't have many on it anyway.

It's a little pathetic to be "hostile" to a kid just because he chose to leave the state to go to college, don't you think?
