Florida 2007. Reaction to the USC loss was the loudest I ever heard Tiger Stadium.

Earthquake game and Florida 07. When they announced USC lost. Damn. Never seen it like that before or since.

+1 In 2007 we were stuck way in the upper deck and it didn't seem all that loud to us. There were moments like the winning drive but the USC game was non-stop from before kickoff to after the game.

Florida 97, South Carolina 2012, Auburn 95

2000 Tennessee. The loudness was compounded by the alcohol, but it was loud as all hell

I've been going to games pretty regularly since 1997, so here is my 2 cents
Loudest pregame: Florida 2007
I was sitting by a lower entrance in the student section and could not hear the band during pregame.
Loudest moment: Florida 2007
When they announced that USCw lost, it went absolutely insane. The blocked field goal against Bama is probably second.
Loudest sustained noise: Georgia 2003
Everyone knew this was a big chance for the program. Gameday was there and that got the crowd into a frenzy. You could tell they were behind the team and wanted to reach that next level.

2008 Alabama. The blocked field goal caused the most intense eruption I've ever experienced from a crowd at a sporting event.

In the USC game you had 72k chanting Geaux Tigers in unison over and over and over sung slowly. Whatever happened to that yell?

I've been to every game mentioned in this thread except for the 1959 Ole Miss game. USC in '79 was the loudest by far. My first game as an LSU student and we stomped the metal bleachers with our feet the whole game.
Honorable Mention:
1997 Florida
2007 Florida
Let's make this Saturday Night against Bama beat them all! We can impact this game!

I also used to love in the '70's when the drummers in the band would start playing this funky beat when the offense started a drive. The crowd would chant to the rhythm of the drums "Go!".... "Go!".... "Go!".... "Go Big Tigers!" "Go!"
That would always pump up the team.
Good Times!
