why pay big bucks to get it diagnosed when the lsu docs would do it for free when he got here? That's what I would think. Either that or he thought he could play through it and our coaches and docs told him NO.
you redeemed yourself from your earlier comment about it being a good thing!

Redshirting is not a good thing with Loston, but qualifying definitely is.
IMO, Loston is the type of guy you will get three years from, whether or not he is on the field.

There were several undisclosed reasons as to why LSU freshman Craig Loston has not done any interviews up to this point. Without getting into detail, there were some unethical practices that brought about the decision.
What does this mean???

I truly beleive that after both they're college careers are ovor with, that Blake Gideon will have a better career than Loston.

Weren't some of your fans like giving Gideon death threats after that Tech game?
STFU.

I searched on the net for LSU early enrollment time period and fall deadline. Does anyone know the two time periods LSU allows enrollment and can you provide a link to that page?
Don't know the exact time periods, but I know Fall enrollment is still open because I know someone who is still in the process of applying.

I think Gideon gets beat out by C.Scott.

I would be willing to bet that the surgery $$ would have to come out of his own pocket until he was officially enrolled at LSU.
the surgery comes out of the players pocket if it happens before he comes to LSU.

Umm. What are you talking about? THE university of texas has the classiest fans around. Nobody would ever disrespect a player in austin like lsu disrepected yall's qb this year...

This sounds like the same injury that my son had in high school. It's called the navicular bone, and as someone else pointed out it has poor blood flow and is slow to heal
The navicular bone is in the foot. The bone you're probably referring to is the scaphoid, which is a carpal bone (wrist) with a blood supply that is very easily interrupted. Just FYI.

Yeah, another great UT tradition like taking curtain calls when you hit a home run, but your teams is getting spanked, as well as, dog piling when your team hasn’t won the whole shebang (CWS). I love all those great UT traditions!

Sounds like a broken scaphoid (also called navicular). These can be quite difficult to fix unless he is going to a reputable hand surgeon. Sometimes the interruption of blood supply causes the most proximal portion of the bone to die, which again complicates the picture. A weakened wrist can really interfere with an athlete's ability to male tackles.

Can't Les just lay his hands upon the kid and heal him???

I would think that LSU has him going to the best surgeon. That's why he's probably waited until he got admitted to school before having the surgery.
