Good thread. Thanks.
re: Fournette may need surgery?

Don't worry - you're not bragging, you're exposing your ignorance. Unless you have some inside information regarding his injury then you don't know what type of surgery would even help him - which would be critical to determining his recovery time.
Another great Aggie thread. Thanks for contributing to the rant. Games start right now and you couldn't do any better than this???? Really?
re: Can you recall someone coming back from an ACL tear in 6 months?

Andrews rarely operates any more. His junior partners do all his work. Not saying he's a "bad" surgeon, but his true talent was pulling the greatest marketing campaign of all time in medicine and locking down professional sports.
Great thread. Thanks

Baton Rouge is a fairly dangerous city. Unfortunately you're still highlighting your ignorance with your post. Name one factual thing you know about property values, education level, or healthcare in Baton Rouge.

Cool post. Quality SEC rant material. Way to contribute.

re: Deondre Clark picks LSU interview

After listening to this kid's interview, it is interesting how many folks hate the "mass exodus" at LSU. I'm not sure I like losing all the talent early either, but you could certainly read into DC's interview that he plans on potentially leaving in 3 years. These kids may see so many juniors heading to the NFL as a very positive thing overall. Food for thought.

You guys are all idiots. Nothing was gained by LSU with a Bama loss. Nothing.
Hopefully he's not in Orlando since the game is in St. Petersburg

torn = ruptured. Similar to break = fracture. Means the same thing. If Mett tore (ruptured) his ACL, he will not be playing in the bowl game

re: Going to be on Beale St in Memphis this Saturday...
Posted by WWD on 10/17/13 at 6:35 pm to tigermenard
You're getting some outdated advice buddy. Platinum plus closed years ago. Beale used to be dangerous but is policed heavily now (as a few posters noted). I don't know of any truly good places to watch the game on Beale street. If you insist on being downtown and nearby - hit Local or Bardog.
The best place to go out in Memphis right now is Midtown - I would strongly suggest Local Midtown to watch the game (tons of TV's with nice couch seating). Then afterwards take a cab downtown to Bardog and cap off your night at Raifords. If you're still standing - make some truly unfortunate late night decisions at 152 on Beale street. Enjoy.
