Rick daddy was adamant that coaches are responsible for executing on the field, not players.
If that's true then there's not much reason for him or anyone else zbto hate on DE the way he did all year.

Just to be clear, I wasn't a fan of the Coach O hire, but I'm pulling for him. What is it that makes you think that they are different? If anything, the Saban loss is worse, when you consider how Saban is considered the best college football coach in history and Coach O is out of his league with some of you.
I usually agree with your thoughts, but I think your dislike for O is clouding your judgement on this one.

What's really sad is who they have to prop up to knock the LSU coach.
A coach who told LSU to kiss his arse twice and then takes a job in the SEC West the very next year. A guy who went 5-6 this season with the most talented team in his conference or at least the 2nd most talented team.
A guy who kisses his male players and used LSU to get a different job and more money. Who went 6-6 so far this season and whose fans think will do much less next season.
And the "debil" Nick Saban. the midget tyrant of the SEC.

You're generalizing. Do you think every single poster that doesn't worship the ground O walks on is therefore just bashing him? Sure there are a handful of posters that will always hate O, and they shouldn't be paid any mind. But I think the vast majority of posters that don't just gush over his brilliance every change they get are just skeptical, but still hopeful. What's wrong with that?

I may have missed something but where have Herman and Jimbo been mentioned in this thread? I'm definitely not knocking coach O, I just think pointing out how many games Troy is going to win this year doesn't make anyone feel better.
