Looking like Ed Ingram may be coming back to the team!

Sonny Shipp has him listed as starter on the 2019 projected depth chart! To me, this is pointing to good signs ahead!

What he did as a true freshman was unbelievable. He easily is an all star on the line. Would be a great start for the 2019 offensive line. If Tyler Taylor gets his legal situation cleared, that would be huge for the team as well.

I wouldn't count on Tyler Taylor.

If this happens, do we think he takes Lewis or Hines's spot?

I'm assuming he'll be starting immediately, as he was our best OL as a freshmen when he was suspended.

I’m taking a leap of faith with inserting Ingram into the lineup but based on what I’ve heard I expect the sophomore back on the team after sitting out 2018 with his legal issues

What’s he accused of?

The same stuff that Hill was popped for?

Maybe I’m misremembering, but I think two counts of aggravated - meaning it was either forced or under a certain age.

lack of talent, outside of the starters, on the DL is scary.

Lewis was one of the best OLinemen this year easily, it would be Ingram and Lewis at guard, who gets RG is up for debate for sure, but Ingram and Lewis are the 2 best guards for sure.

We’re sorta facing a 2020 cliff.

Especially at DE.

We have some good ones in the 20202 class but they’ll be true freshmen

Give the guys a year or two before saying they arent talented. Rarely anyone contributes on DL as freshmen.

Why not?

Even if his legal issues get cleared up, there is the issue of him lying to the coaching staff on at least a couple of occasions regarding the pawn shop heist.

Perhaps Coach O is more forgiving, but I doubt I would be.
