Alleva incompetence as the athletics Director at LSU is the reason Hanny is giving him is just reward.
Alleva totally screwed up three coaching hires at LSU. Alleva has embarrassed the university that employs him two years in arrow tarnishing the LSU brand in the mean time. Alleva's arrogance and incompetence in this coaching search has set LSU football back and put LSU at a competitive disadvantage at competing for the NCAA playoffs and a national championship.
In three years LSU will be searching for yet another head football coach. When we are searching for the replacement to his latest hire wait to you see the pool we are forced to choose from because of this cluster frick of a hire by Alleva.
It will be 1994 all over again. When LSU had to settle for the likes of Jerry Dinardo to take over the head coaching duties at LSU.
IF a 8-4 9-3 record was your ultimate goal Joe Alleva why at the buy out the remainder of Les Miles contract? Why not just keep Les Miles as your football coach as that is what you are getting in this hire of Ed Orgeron. A 8-4 9-3 coach who will over achieve some years and get to 10-2.
