I heard that Jordan Jefferson is taking time off from school to look for the real Kicker(s)in the incident. Cause if there is no imprint ( on the shoe), then you must aquit.

This would all be settled if the real kicker would come forward. I think it would be more disturbing to find out that the players were covering for someone and letting JJ take the fall
I heard that they have asked OJ to look for him while is on the golf course searching for his wifes killer. Oh never mind, he is in jail for threatening someone else.

While I don't think Jefferson would be an NFL qb, certainly with a solid Sr year, he had the potential to get drafted or UFA... teams will take a chance on big athletic kids.
In any event, the focus of Ungelsby's statements was timing... things had to move quickly in order to get JJ back on the field.

Unglesby is a great attorney...I have known him for 35 years. He is trying to put out JJ's story and influence the DA who said this morning that he will bring the case to the Grand Jury. They will conduct their own investigation and issue a true bill on non true bill on the charges. If they do not find the evidence to convict...JJ's charges are dropped....JJ can appear before the jury if he so chooses....
I do not believe they BRPD did a very good job on this....it takes five days minimum to process DNA so we knw that is not back yet...did not interview witnesses at Shady's....wonder if the polygraphed anyone....
Now this is the BRPD who used to wear their sidearms on a lanyard over their shoulders (copying the Royal Mounted Police in Canada). The uniforms were changed when entirely too many of them shot themselves while removing their guns...Perhaps the most inept police department in any city in America....
