You won't be around see the Cubs win another championship, it'll take another 100 years!

EVERY college, EVERY pro team and EVERY organization "misdiagnoses" prospective personnel. there is just no sure fire way to project human performance. that also includes coaches by the way.

the FACTS are that Lindsey Scott is a winner and a gifted student and athlete. he will find his level of competence in life just like everyone else that participates in life. I certainly wish him the best!

Thank you LSU Grand Dad, that's really all I wanted to hear from LSU fans, their honesty, not their rant. Appreciate yours!

What the frick does this have to do with LSU and Scott? That's your comeback?
You are more retarded than I thought.

Here's something for you...in my life time I've seen the Tigers win two championships in football, the Saints win the super bowl and the Cubs win the World Series. I think I'm good to go, pal.
You know what you'll never see? Scott play a down at LSU.

fricking choad

I wish Scott the best, but the myth was always greater than the young man's performance.
Put differently, he was always "tall for his height".
In this regard, his small but very vocal fan base did him no favors in creating expectations that could never be met.

Lindsey Scott not the first or last successful QB LSU misdiagnosed

Les Miles and Cam Cameron put all their eggs in one basket last year when the only QB they heavily recruited was Feleipe Franks. When he decomitted late, they had to scramble. They were able to sign a local kid that was talented but undersized. He was never a long term solution, just an insurance policy before the 2017 class QBs could get on campus and be developed.

The key flaw in Coach O. It will not improve in my opinion.

I agree with this. Lindsey Scott will be successful in football. I am sorry to see him go, however I think he made the right decision.

Because of his 5'10 height and the fact that LSU has some really good athletes at QB, Scott would have had to be exceptional to move ahead of them. Now he will have a chance to show his talent.

I wish him all the best!!!

Y'all should see the Facebook comments on the 247sports page. So many Zachary people thinking we just lost the next cam newton and that we're screwed with Brennan

Nobody outside of Zachary thought he would ever play.

Anyone saying he was misdiagnosed or improperly evaluated, please post his offers prior to the desperate offer from LSU ( and that was from Miles and Cameron derp)
Please tell me that every coach, every scout, every site in the country didn't evaluate him correctly. That all these people were wrong and you're right.

Whatever happen to just admitting he wasn't an SEC caliber QB, he wasn't good enough to play, but good luck to him? It's not that hard. People are acting like we lost the prodigy kid that everyone missed on. Give us all a break.

I meant to post Dak, but I was thinking of Zac Von Rosenburg because he's a Zachary player walking on at LSU.

Sorry for the error, name someone who's perfect! It appears they crucified the only one who was.

Just edit the OP and move on. No need to explain the typo.
