Overall of course we are elite, but I do question the drop of this year. How can you not.

Man, you're crawfishin' hard. You clearly stated our program is not elite to you because we lost to Ole Miss this year.

Nothing to do with personnel I'd imagine.

Of course, but the guys coming in should keep us at least around where we were.

The drop off is significant. Probably has to do with the 2012 class.

Not elite THIS YEAR.

Probably should of stayed away from this one considering the OP was about overall and not this year.

You expect every new kid to perform at the level of 6 NFL players?

Not at all, that is silly.

Do I expect LSU to stop Ole Miss' second string running back from gashing us up the middle every time he touches the ball? Absolutely.

You must have quit watching; they did overcome. When you tie, you overcome the hole.

Outstanding post. I agree with most of it and how it is layed-out is very good. Good cliff notes also.

You just said you expect them to stay around the same level.

I guess the offense leaving the D out to dry in the first half had nothing to do with that. Not to mention an overall lack of talent compared to last year.

Not at NFL level, but at least solid, This is LSU.

Our D is bad man. It should be at least solid.

Our D was good enough to win that game. Had the offense not given up 3 free possessions and had them tired early in the game, we don't lose.

Interestingly enough, the fans that post that we should be tolerant with the current situation with LSU's program and reference the success that LSU has had over the past decade often list another school in their profile, e.g. Vlad, Colorado State, ballscaster, Navy. It is also noted that these type of ranters are verbose and condescending to the LSU fans that are sincerely concerned about the direction that LSU's program is headed. I suggest that we ignore anyone that lists another school as their selection as it is evident that their only purpose in life is to invoke adverse reaction to our valid concerns as true LSU fans. It is also noted that the volume of such ranters' posts, i.e. thousands indicate to me , at least, that they don't have much else going on in their lives unfortunately.

In a long line of dumb posts, this is one of my favorites.

ETA: Please don't misunderstand - Your post is dumb and you are dumb

Zach had a really shitty night as well.

Tough to overcome 3 turnovers on the road.

Like a said in a couple of posts earlier, we are an elite program, no doubt, but losing to this team was bad, don't give a shite if its a rival game or not.

All you can do is now is hope to win out. 10-2 nothing to scoff at

Is it worse than losing to ULM or UAB?

I don't care how many dgrees you have we USED to be an elite program.

We are gradually declining! Texas A&M, FSU, Miami are all strong again. These teams were very strong when we were at our weakest 88-94 they impact were other elite players go.

BTW I'm not goint GTFO. I'll always be a huge fan but I'm a realist unlike you.

You were probably saying this after 2008 and 2009 as well.

ETA: And what the frick has A&M or Miami or FSU done to be back? Have one good year?

Yeah ive only been on the bandwagon since 1978 which was my first game.

Moron.

You have no rebuttal to what i laid out about the wins miles should have had or the championships for what he is paid or his performances in wins and losses because you dont know jack shite about football kid. You are so damn ate up with sucking that miles cock you forgot how to do math. You actually thought those 8 wins miles should have had means that i expected undefeated records every year. Lol.

That was worth how ever long it took you to come up with it.

ETA: Feel free to answer my question about what other coaches in this conference or others have done with regard to average conference titles. I'll wait.
