Dude is dying on a hill about a 3rd string at best 7th round draft pick qb. Quite an odd position to go all in on.

because he spent a whole year trying to convince people Nussmeier was better than Jayden Daniels lol

why would you not hope he becomes a great player? it seems like some of yall dont like the guy,he stayed here when a lot of players would have transferred, that alone should put him in the top 5 most liked lsu qbs
Jordan Jefferson produced for 3 years as a starting lsu qb and battled even after being benched and this board hated him with the passion of 1,000 Kryptonian Suns.

I said he is average at best and doesn’t have the arm to be an nfl starter.

That statement exposes your lack of knowledge.
He had the strongest arm and MVP in the Senior Bowl.

If you are going to argue, keep up.

Thats awesome. He constantly under throws receivers and the ball constant gets there late

It’s why he is horrific 25 plus yards down the field . His arm in actually football games is well below average. Blame that on injury, mechanics, or whatever you want. But his ball has no drive

Get mad at me and downvote. Then go look at all his stats and metrics when he tries to push the ball down the field.

It’s ok to say he maybe is jsut average at best with below average arm strength

You can say it but it makes appear ridiculous.

Andy Reid has a great reputation/offensive mind. I value his opinion over most Ranters'.

If Nuss makes the team game over. You lose.

Why would I hope for him to become great when he didn’t even achieve greatness at LSU? In my eyes he’s lucky to have been a starting QB at LSU. Him not transferring doesn’t earn him any points from me.

So Nuss being third string proves he is an above average nfl QB?

Work that math out for me

Dude is acting like Andy Reid was always right. Andy Reid had Kevin Kolb starting over Michael Vick lol

The goalpost have just moved dramatically

“Nuss is great and proving everyone wrong”

To

“Him being a 3rd string player proves everyone wrong!!”

The mental hold that Nuss has over some of these people is truly mind numbing. Any other mediocre LSU qb would be hated for a life time but Nuss gets special treatment because he played for Brian Kelly lol

Got paid 4 million to play at LSU last year. Didn’t seem to put the offseason effort in and was not worth the money.

Being a 7th round pick and a 3rd string guy puts a player as middle of the road average SEC level player. Every person here would agree with that statement

And that’s exactly what Nuss is. An average SEC player. That’s what he was

That’s how everyone besides a few lsu fans see him.
