Well coming back from 20 down to a very good Auburn team would be a sign of good coaching. So would gathering this team's confidence and finishing 9-3 after starting so poorly. You can't use a criteria to be negative without using the criteria when it is in his favor.

We finished 9-4

You don’t get credit for finishing better that expected when you yourself lower the expectations.

Ok. Counting the bowl 9-4. I don't blame coaching for that blown coverage that cost LSU the game anyway. That wqs a player's mistake. Period.

shouldn’t have even needed to come down to that. That game was an abortion and the coaches deserve the blame. I’ll never blame a college kid for losing a game but to each his own

Believe what you want. The game was lost on that play. How in the world you can make a statement that the game shouldn't have come down to a TD pass in a close game is denying there us another team out there. It is naive.
Plays matter. They were in position but blew it. It mattered.

one play doesn’t make a game. I know you’d never blame O for a loss but LSU has chances to put the game away but didn’t.

Les really let the program slide
You have me pegged? I hope so.

I'm high on the program this season, expecting a great season. I know, to you guys, that means I'm a sorry, retarded, pos.

Again, I don't know if you realize this, but life goes on outside of this message board. The fact someone his age is that miserable over a GD sports game is actually sad. Most people mature in life as they age, find out the things they thought were most important, really aren't that important. Finally, most successful people in life are positive people, not miserable glass half full negative people.

Have a good day. Going to play golf with the GIRLS.

I think you misunderstand the context of it all. Just because you are critical of a program makes you negativeinstead of objective. It is through the lense of “been there and done that” for some on here much older than you that makes them cringe at the thought that he was hired in the first place knowing that he will not exceed the expectations of his former boss and completely know where the same or lower expectations lead to - mediocrity at best.
I have zero hatred for Ed Orgeron the person. I know he has limitations like all of us. His lack of Xs&Os is not the issue. It is his flat out lying to his boss and the fans about “hiring the best coordinators” when he knew his limitations.

Make no mistake Miles needed to be run.
As much as that, Orgeron was an emotional hire by a lazy arse AD and a cheap arse university president. Period. He is and never will be what’s best for the LSU football program long term because those models rarely work out as I don’t see Dabo Sweeney wanting to come here.
Thus why should the fans have to suffer through more mediocrity at best? Why not make it right and fire Alleva, Alexander and Orgeron once this year is over? Nothing good will come out of it and it will likely cost us this critical 2019 recruiting class

Yes and I have given credit for the Auburn game, even if Gus Malzahn forgot Kerryon Johnson existed in the second half.

However , I won’t give him credit for a “strong finish” to the season because
1) beating a run of teams who fired their coaches is not impressive
2) the loss to ND was pitiful
3) were it not for such a “slow start” the finish would not look so “strong”

We also scored 17 points total while buying out or OC during bowl prep.

And we lost the game when a DB made a poor play. No coaches caused it. It happens.

Did Warren Morris' HR not matter? It was a single swing of the bat. Did we not deserve to win that National Championship?

Yes the the whole game matters but so does every play and swing of the bat in a close game. To ignore what individual players do is to say the game is all about coaching. It isn't.

To blame the whole game on 1 play is fricking dumb.

We’re scored 17 points.

That’s not good enough to win almost all games

No you don't know shite about what I think. I am smart enough to know that Orgeron did not cost us the Citrus Bowl and neither did our DC even though it was a defensive breakdown that cost us the game.

As a matter of fact, I was not a big fan of Orgeron but I am not an idiot who sees everything as his fault. I also see the good he is doing.

All you bitchers do is bitch and make irrational statements attempting to blame O for everything then make personal attacks on people who don't see things the way you do.

Did year start out bad last year? Hell yes. However, I was happy things turned around instead of going in the tank. I also am happy with our recruiting. Like it or not Orgeron is responsible for some good whether you agree or not.

Well let’s see how man games we win with only 17 points this year.

My beliefs are based on the last 10 years of great defense and no offense experience
