The question was that it appears that opposing defenses are selling out to the run with Russell Shepard gets the ball in the backfield. Would it be helpful to have Shepard pass the ball on occasion to keep the defenses guessing and not totally committing to the run. Miles answere was "No".
thanks i figured as much. In some ways he is right and some ways he is wrong. it would really only work if shep took a direct snap, otherwise its a gimmick

I get this. But its stil a waste of time. GET your team ready instead of taking FAKE calls and only saying what YOU think the Masses WANT to hear

You are still acting like it's LM choice, though...

LES!! WIN !!!! I would rather you spend time getting your team ready than to have you at TJ ribs taking bogus phone calls. WE pay you $4 mil a year to put a winning team on the field. DO IT.

Charlie thinks the offense isn't as bad as people think it is.

There's no way that's what he really thinks unless he was lying the first three weeks of the season.

Let's see if Hanagriff continues to listen to LSU and not criticize the team very much or if he goes back to saying what he really thinks.

We were better Saturday night and beat State 29-7 when a # of sports guys picked State.

We had sacks on D (gave up none on O), 5 picks, great special teams, few penalties, a pretty solid running game, only one turnover, very accurate passes and we scored 2 TDS as soon as State scored one. There wasn't much to complain about. We still need to practice more passing in those games, throw down field more and actually let J. Lee pass the ball if they're gonna put him in. But those are the only things I could think of that would be an issue.

You think this 1 hour a week is going to cause us to lose games we otherwise wouldn't?

He can't just get 1 less of hour sleep and catch up on that 1 hour of film?

What in hell are you talking about?

He HAS to do the show.

And he is putting a winning product on the field, to the tune 53 and 15 or so.

It's a PR move.

LSU football is a business. Not only do you see the product of the field, you as a fan have opportunities to interact with people in charge of putting the product on the field.

To some it may even given a sense of transparency within the organization even if 99% of the show is coach speak.
