I'd say the real precedent is that JJ is going to start and won't be pulled regardless of how badly he really screws up.
So the precedent is what you imagine might happen in the future?

while Mett can actually make the throws, no doubt.

Link?

Seriously, some of you guys are complete idiots. The kid hasn't faced an SEC defense yet, and some of you want him to be the immediate starter.

Experience in big time college football is a HUGE asset. All Miles is saying is that asset is keeping JJ and JL ahead in the competition.

Anything else you retards read into this is your own hysteria.

Rich. You would be much better arguing Shep to be starting QB if this is your sample.

Really? Did Shep grow 4-5 inches, develop a rocket arm and get 300 pass attempts under his belt while leading a JC team to the NC game while none of us were looking because the last I heard he was going on his 3rd year of trying to make it as a receiver?

Jarrett Lee outplayed Jordan Jefferson all the way up until the Bama game. Go look at the stats. Jefferson was struggling to throw for 50 yards in some games.

Lee should have been starting half way through the year last year. But, for some reason, he did not. This was obviously not based on performance, as Lee had better performances. It was obviously not based on who gave us the best chance to win, as the coaches always put in Lee when they needed a game winning drive.

Is anything I said above incorrect?

I can't believe the bullshite that gets repeated as fact on here.

fricking morons actually believe Miles is INTENTIONALLY playing less talented players.

Know how it started?

SFP started it to support his failed contention that KW was better than Scott. Instead of admitting he was wrong, he blamed the coaches.

Lesser intellects accepted it as fact. . .and a Rant meme was born

Jj outplayed Lee against AU.

He just got fewer passing yards. He also ran for ~70 yards.

Lee outplayed JJ in 2 games. I don't recognize McNeese, because nobody on the team should be applauded or noted for that turd.

Tell me the game that JJ won for us last year that Lee could not have won. Because the two that we lost were not Lee's fault.

I am tire of the JJ love. He is a below average SEC quarterback. and everyone with a reasonable mind knows this.

What games are we talking about?

Lee only got meaningful snaps in a few games.

Perhaps because he was not the better QB?

The best performances by a QB all season were by Jefferson.

Lee gets most of his mystique based on 2 throws.

So your entire contention is that the coaches wanted to lose?

Or they wanted a greater chance of losing?

Are you serious? I'm seriously starting to think your entire argument is satire.

Actually started before that when SFP quoted Keilands stats over Jacob Hesters. SFP had a huge crush on KW.

And the idiot ranters followed that jackass like a cult leader.

How do you know that Lee could, or could not have, won a game?

You understand this isn't about "JJ love". . .it is about the indefensible JL love.

Bama

TAMU

UNC

People think that JJ Sucks = JL is Better.

The fact is, JJ sucks. . .and Lee sucks just a bit more.

SFP is a good poster, and knows his shite.

But some people take his word as gospel a bit too often.

You don't know that JL couldn't have beat Bama, Tam and Unc any more than I know that JL could have. You are like everyone else. You only have an opion.

I dunno. His ideas concerning Scott/Hester and Keiland, and his misunderstanding of the 'spread' kinda turned me away.

The NFL seems to agree with SFP.

I agree that both are not very good. I just think one given the chance could do better.

My opinion is just the opposite.

Give the new OC the roster sheet and let HIM find hid trigger man.

I thought you were asking my opinion.

It is impossible to know.

I can only go by what I see. Lee was shitty against Bama, outside of one throw.
