I think Miles main problem was staying with Cameron to long. And not having a OC he would listen to & let do their job.

He tried to kill LSU's Football Program also...glad he was stopped before it was too late.

Good grief! Haven't the Les years already been debated, ridiculed, analyezed and dissected to death here? Yes, they have. There's nothing new left to say about that.
I thought this thread was about his ESPN appearance. He did a good job on that. As someone said, he's a natural and watching him helped pass the time today!

You obviously do not understand. People who are absolute failures in their personal lives need someone to look down on. For many around here Les Miles fills that role.

He cant coach a lick, they might love him to death, but that wont win games.
Think Saban's players love him, I would guess they fear him more then anything.
Now tell me what way produces results.

He didn't sound like the "idiot" people on here call him and it upset them.

the college world is full of open offenses that cant beat nobody !

He was paid to win and had the talent and fricked it up. Just talk on ESPN with your quirks and comments

You can say what you want about his coaching abilities, but CLM truly loved the kids and families he coached and recruited. Those stories he was telling are the reason they loved him.
And yet he is as stubborn as a frickin' mule!!! Dude HAD to know he was on the HOT SEAT coming into the 2016 season, yet he runs the same idiot OC, errrrrrrrr best friend out there to run the same idiot offense. Less may have loved his players, but he didn't care about winning or losing, nor did he care about keeping his job...otherwise he would have made changes that EVERYONE in college football knew needed to be made.

Fans like you are reason LSU has been declining the past 5 years
If you believe that, then you need help.
Also, the last 5 years under miles has a better win loss record than Saban's tenure at lsu.
Saban had 1 10 win season during his tenure. Miles has had 4 ( yes im counting mcneese) in the last 5 years.

Let me know when a program is dumb enough to let him HC again
He is 63. Where are all the programs hiring 63 year old coaches?
If miles were 55 program would be lining up to hire a coach with 2 national title game appearances in 11 years and had one of the most successful tenure in sec history.

Miles couldn't out scheme a high school coach to save his life. He robbed us...bigley.

Currently, the program is nowhere near where it should be. With our advantages, it's an absolute travesty that it's been six years since we finished in the top ten or played in a top-tier bowl.
Look at the recruiting rankings. The sec beats it's self up.
Put any other coach in the sec West and see how they do.
Or look how much LSU drops when they lose by less than a TD compared to other schools.
When LSU finishes outside the top 15, no way in hell you can convince me all the teams ahead of them are better. They don't play the same schedule.

Saban
Meyer
Tressel
Chizik
Coker
Fulmer
Just a few national title winning coaches Les has out schemed.

LSU was ranked in the top 5 to start the year last year (Miles' last year)
OK, I should have said an objective and KNOWLEDGEABLE observer. Of course poll voting idiots overrated LSU like they usually do.
