but I don't see Les having the ending that Phil had.

I don't either. His finish might even be better than his start...we'll know in a few years.

So does the Miles/Bowdon comparison means Saban can compare to Jimmy Johnson? IJS

Jimmy took a woeful Dallas team and won 2 super bowls. Coach Johnson >>>> than any college coach.

It would be funny to ask Dolphin Cane fans if Saban was like Jimmy Johnson

I'm sure. I dislike all things Bama, and my buddy makes me sound like a gump with how he talks about Saban compared to me.

MIles can't sniff Bowden's jock, seriously?

He built that program from the ground up. This is not a good comparison.

Saban took a woeful Bama team and won 3 Nattys; Jimmy also won a Natty at the "U"

SOS messing with Saban...

According to RJ Bell of Pregame.com, the Crimson Tide would be a 24-point underdog against the 1-6 Jacksonville Jaguars on a neutral field.

That guy gets it though.

Les miles makes some pretty idiotic decisions but other than bama Lsu is the most successful program the last 10 years.

You are pathetic and should have decided against joining TD in April 2013.

And both were better coaches than they were given credit for. Bowden overstayed his tenure at Florida State by several years - I believe. Les will retire with dignity and at the very top of his profession - IMHO. Miles seems like the type of individual that can walk away from it all on his terms. That's the difference. Good for him.
