With our record of hiring, we’ll probably get the Weinstein guy...

I'm for this. Les may have had on the field issues, but his program was ran pretty well for the most part.

Well, we know he'd work 24 hours a day since he seldom watches a clock.
I like Les.

Les Miles for LSU AD by LuzianaFootball
If we're talking Brand Ambassador
This is where I think LSU needs Miles. No matter what your feelings are about him as a coach, he is well liked by people across the country. He would do a lot to improve our image, which Joe and the current PR team have managed to tank.
I love Miles (and agreed that it was time for him to go). As AD he would scare me. He’s too stubborn.

Who better.

You have no idea what you’re talking about. What has Les Miles, who I admire, done to show he has great business acumen and can manage budgets
He has an economics degree of the University of Michigan.

Miles loyalty to coordinators and coaches who were not good and led to his downfall tells me no to this one

No he’s not. I’m in OK and people here think he is a joke. Which he is.

Just no. Did you hear his interview after halftime? He made absolutely no sense.

You want a man who can't even manage a clock to be in charge of even bigger numbers

Lsu’s previous ad was a baseball coach and people act like les being ad would the dumbest thing ever? Lol.
Im not saying he should be ad, just pointing out the hypocrisy.

As much as I hate Alleva, would we even be able to fire him if the football team finishes like 10-3 and then Will Wade has the basketball team (and recruiting) rolling?
We would absolutely be able to fire him. He botched the firing of Les (should've happened in 2015), botched the search process for a new HC, botched the hiring of Patrick Murphy to be our new softball coach, gave mainieri more money than he deserved bc he didn't want him to go to texas, gave ed orgeron a 12 fricking million dollar buyout in his contract, hired both Johnny Jones and Trent Johnson, and has made LSU a complete laughing stock in the eyes of the country. His arse is still gonna be hit by the door at the end of the season.

Les as AD would be a train wreck. He’s already demonstrated he cannot read the fan base and he’d have no idea how to manage the budget and contracts.
