TigerFan55555,
That is very interesting. But, even if that thought ever even occurred to Jefferson (and I doubt very seriously that it did) it was the coaches' job to see as clearly as everyone else on the planet who was watching the game could clearly see, that Jefferson was in a complete state of fear, was utterly disoriented, and desperately needed to be removed from the game.
And, as we all know, that didn't happen. Game over. We lost.

i wasnt looking for praise, i just knew it wasnt my day, alot of other things happened that day that stayed on my mind...the rest of the team worked their arse off, wasnt going to screw that up because of my personal problems....everything worked out, I started the next day, everything was back to normal...
i agree, i blame miles for being stupid and stubborn, he let his ego get in the way of his decisions...i cant stand that about a coach, any other them...i coach, if Im wrong ill apologize for it...my kids respect me more for that....
I do blame JJ as well for his attitude, comments, etc as well though, i never liked him and im glad he's gone...ive talked to him before after games by the Pete M building, i thought he was a selfish thug...owe well, hope he grows up and becomes a better person, real life is about to hit him hard...

If you could asserting he was a selfish thug in one meeting, why couldn't Les see it in 4 years?

But, most athletes wouldn't pull that move during a game.
bullshite - team players would do that. A selfish prick like Jefferson, probably not.

Almost everyone can see it in the way he acts in games and on the sidelines, yet Miles doesnt see it?!?!?! That blows my mind. And of course the few on here with a hard on for him.

"what if" he had gone to class

he did, hence him passing his classes, which led to Miles and Alleva saying he was eligible for the SECCG and NCG.
Fail again.

love how he lowered his shoulder on the run to convert the 4th down
I laughed out loud when I saw that. I took it as Nutt taking a parting shot at Miles for his misplaced faith in his "mobile" QB. Jarrett Lee on a naked bootleg. Still laughing
There is no way Lee could play that well last night, and Miles being right not to play him 7 days earlier. 170 yards and 2 TDs in half a game.
Mindboggling

said the same thing when I saw it...did you notice that Nutt went up to him after the play too?
I can only guess what he said to JL.

Got to love the Ranters. The loudest cheer Jared Lee ever received in Tiger Stadium was as a freshman when he got hurt and couldn't continue. His grandparents were sitting right in front of me. One of the worse things I have ever seen there. Add that to the list of things that happened to Lee that makes you sick.
