Lee and Jefferson flipped

If time on the field were flipped between these two QB's through 6 games would LSU be a higher ranked team?

Doubt it.
We started the season #21.
TCU, OSU, Boise St, Neb., all having big years right now.

Don't you think we'd be having a bigger year with solid play from our QB - Lee?

You can't say we would have done any better. He played a ton in the Tennessee game and only led us to points on one drive.
I like Lee fwiw.

I don't think it would be any different.

Maybe not higher rated but definitely more highly respected IMHO.

If we went on to show up in the 2nd half of the UNC game and won like 37-13 or something I feel our ranking may have been higher. Not by much at this point, maybe our rankings would be swapped with Auburn

Exactly. Lee has had two good drives
in 3 games. Its not like he's lighting the world on fire.

so your saying lee would have not have made a difference? He would have done a whole lot better than jj. there were so many passes that were so wide open and jj couldnt do it. Lee would have had a field day with all of those teams. hes already got more than half the passing yards jj does.

We would be ranked lower. Since Jefferson would have played more against UF, the Gators would have beaten us.

Without Lee we would be 4-2. Where would we be ranked with a 4-2 record. Lee has driven us down (fast I might add) to the 10 yd line to either throw a touchdown pass himself or ALLOW Jefferson & company to score points on EVERY SINGLE DRIVE HE WAS PUT IN THE GAME with the exception of 1x where they ran "Riddley up the middle" twice and then we were penalized for holding. You guys defending Jefferson are hillarious. If Lee had played more we would be a far better prepared and experienced football team with tweaked wide receivers/players. We would be in a far better position to compete and play with Auburn, Bama, Arkansas. The problem with "if it aint broke don't fix it" is that it will be too late to fix it when the problem does arise, which it very likely will against our reamaining tough opponents. It's utter insanity to pull a Hot QB like Lee to replace him with a drive killing QB like Jefferson. There is no comparing Jefferson to Lee. Jefferson has 9 interceptions (4 in last 2 games) to Lee's 1. Miles is hard headed and has likely cost us a championship by not playing Lee earlier in the year and by not giving him the vast majority of snaps now. You can't expect Lee to bail you out every single time, which is exactly what Lee has done against Tenn & Fla. It won't work everytime. Leave Lee in and put the game away and quit hanging us fans out to dry.

How can you have a bigger year than being undefeated?

2 good drives, 3 games???? What are you watching. He has only played 2 games and he led 4 TD drives against Florida.

Auburn wouldn't have jumped us.

That's the point, right? The team isn't doing things the way YOU want them to?

no one can answer that question with authority. typical rant question....all conjecture. if you can't escape the past....you have no future.

Some people here must be on crack. Lee led all of our touchdown drives against Florida and JJ led our two drives for field goals?
Parallel universe???
