Another issue - and I don't know if it's his height or throwing angle or whatever - is that he seems get an inordinate number of passed tipped and batted down.

Soft hard doesn’t matter. He lost the game last night. I can remember 4-5 tds he either missed on the throw or simply didn’t throw at all. We just let an easy blowout win go because our qb pissed down his leg. Plain and simple.

It’s got to be mechanics to some degree. It’s not just arm strength. His arm strength is ok.

Yes I do in the similarity that when they showed up at LSU they had a “run first” mentality. That is where the similarity ends though.
