Leavitt injury made him a passer last night

Not as eager or able to run so was forced to let plays develop and step up in the pocket. Positive from a negative. Will go a long ways to building his confidence.

He was making NFL level throws from a wheelchair. Couldn't put any heat on those balls and was still dropping dimes.
The interception was a touchdown if the defensive lineman didn't dive over our offensive lineman reaching out 13ft from where he jumped and got 2 kielbasa sausages on it to take just enough air off the ball that it allowed the defender to jump 12ft in the air for an interception.
On god, I have never seen an LSU quarterback get more bullshite interceptions than same Leavitt. Every single tipped/deflected ball lands right into a defender's hands, the shite is maddening.

It’s never been a question of can he do it, we just needed him to buckle down and play from the pocket. It’s like golf, once you hit it on the sweet spot it clicks in your mind.
