I have an amendment:
Any person who was a student at LSU between 1989 - 1994 has lifetime immunity, and may leave Tiger Stadium at any time, for any reason.
These poor souls have suffered enough for multiple lifetimes in Tiger Stadium. Something needs to be done for these poor, miserable bastards.

I wasn't a student (I was 4 years out of school) but I've been to almost every home game since graduation.
I drove in from Atlanta every weekend for home games between 95-01.

I appreciate your ardor and support for the Tigers. That being said, as a 50+ year season ticket holder, I will :
1. Attend when I want to.
2. Enter and leave the stadium when I want to.
3. Stand and cheer when I want to.
4. Bitch and gripe when I want to.
You should feel free to do the same (if/when you want to).

I agree...I have actually been kind of puzzled by all of the hoopla about this as well...
all I can figure is that the camera must have zoomed in on some vacant area in the stadium and the announcers harped on it a bit...
