His one sack happened in the first game of the year.

I don't think he recorded a tackle against Florida.

He got a few tackles in the Miss State game and looked a little better.

We need him show up and be disruptive today. Stop that auburn ground game. Help make Nix uncomfortable.

I have the feeling Shelvin is going to just wreck shop today. He has been having a great year.

No doubt about Shelvin having a great year. I expect them to double team him on the inside runs though, before one of them tries to get to the second level.

We need another DL to step it up. They will have lots of moments where they need to beat their 1 on 1 block.

True, I really like that Lawrence and Logan are healthy plus all the experience the other guys got while they were out. Really think the D plays well today.

We seem to have good players with good backups. I am curious as to why Lawrence hasn’t wrecked it yet. Hopefully all the injuries on the line are healed and those guys go do business for the rest of the year. Oh...Shelvin=frightening for the opposing center

Agreed, I was surprised by how well he graded out last week. With shelvin demanding the double team, the ends should be making statements in the pass rush. However, they have been fantastic against the run which changes the game for every opponent we face.

The pass rush is really the biggest concern on the team at this point. It’s caused some unfair criticism on the secondary (although they have been partly to blame as well). We will find out today how healthy we truly are and what that means for the potential of this line.

All the talk about Auburn’s dl has got to get them fired up. They all may have something to prove.

Detllier said on afr yesterday that Lawrence is underappreciated. said he doesn't get the notoriety but he is solid and taking on double teams. he's doing work. don't kid yourself. be glad he's there.

people always seem to forget the goal is not always to race to the qb. lsu played contain against manziel and made him win the game by passing. he failed miserably. no qb has beaten this defense with running this season despite some VERY competent runners. the tigers have forced every qb to win through the air and they have all failed. and this is part of the new strategy. lsu now has an offense that can overcome the defense giving a little.

Agree I don’t know or care what his stat line was against MSU but watching the game you could see his impact

He pressured Trask on his Int to Stingley. It was a good move to get past the tackle. Lawrence is a beast.
