True, LSU is 100/1 (+10000) to win the CFP championship so maybe OP got confused on what the bet was, but I wouldn't put $1,000 on that lol
o7 wins is still a good bet too, but unfortunately you won't find that at +5000
Here are all the odds I see for LSU Football:
o7 Reg. Season wins (+100)
10+ Reg. Season wins (+1400)
SEC West Winner (+4000)
SEC Championship Winner (+10000)
National Championship Winner (+10000)

Not in California, assuming OP is in Huntington Beach.
Online/Mobile sports betting is still only legal in <20 states.
