Who signed them? Who's supposed to develop them?

Don't you know that he's the best pitching coach in college baseball? The Rant said so.

Why do yall feel so obligated to assign blame to someone? It’s a strange obsession around here that I don’t think gets enough attention. I mean frick, it’s sports, shite happens… why is this place so enamored with making someone shoulder this? It’s such a weird mindset to me

Total team effort of SUCK this year

It is what it is. Sometimes you have a bad season.

Both coaches and players are being paid very handsomely to get outs. This pitching staff is awful at it. Coaching and players all have to take accountability.

This is not a bad season. This is the most poorly coached team in a long time

This is the equivalent of LSU’s baseball season given the resources invested in the program:

It’d be like the LA Dodgers going 60-102.
It’d be like Ohio State football going 3-9.

Those aren’t just “bad” seasons. Those are catastrophic seasons in which changes are immediately made.

9-19 in the SEC. With a payroll/trasition that is the college equivalent of the Dodgers

Stop defending this. This season is arguably the greatest waste of resources in the history of LSU sports. Literally the worst season ever given the investment and expectations

What do you want to see changed? Be specific

I’m not defending this season at all. I’m attacking our entitled fanbase’s reaction to it

They're just repeating what Jay Johnson says.

No, it was "just baseball" when college kids were playing because they were getting a free education. Now they're being as minor league players or higher... therefore you should expect more.

So either the coaches did a terrible job at evaluating and acquiring these players, or they're doing a horrible job coaching them.
