Kiffin then challenged LSU fans to prove Tiger Stadium can be just as intimidating in the afternoon.
"I challenge our fans this: Obviously they put the game earlier because they think that's an advantage to Alabama and not LSU, that we can't be as loud and can't have the intense environment. So how about proving them wrong and having the same intense environment four hours earlier?"

Lane Kiffin wants LSU fans to move up their Saturday routines and bring plenty of noise for the Tigers’ afternoon matchup against Alabama.
Discussing the 2:30 p.m. CT kickoff, Kiffin pointed to Tennessee’s crowd against the Crimson Tide as an example of the impact fans can make during a daytime game.
“Tennessee supposedly set the noise record against Alabama, which you could see in that game and affecting Alabama’s offense,” Kiffin said Monday. “And that was a 2:30 Central kick. So let’s break the record.”
I’ve always thought it would be a cool idea for them to put the dB levels on screen for fans - hopefully they can make that happen Saturday

I've never understood why they don't do this. It would be a challenge to the fans to get louder and would work way better than just blasting the words "get loud". A low dB showing on the screen would essentially be calling everyone pussies until they got louder

I doubt you will have a problem filling the stadium. This isn't an 11:00 game it's a 2:30 November game. Weather will be great and it will start getting dark by mid 3rd qtr. And knowing you won't be getting home at midnight is also a plus. I expect it to be packed. If it wasn't for knee replacement surgery yesterday I'd be there with an awesome afternoon buzz. Tigers by 14!
