Wow! And in Canada's offense? Tell me we wouldn't have whooped Bama and be in the playoffs right now. But Miles had to run them off. Surprised I haven't seen this thread already.

you think juco qbs would fair well against Saban and bama? Do you understand it takes a while to implement a new system? Do you understand Canada runs a somewhat complicated system?

Have you seen Scott's offer sheet right now? Only P5 offer he has is Kansas. Diarse is a big possession receiver who could block. He was actually perfect for a Miles team. Quinn would have done better, maybe, but Canada doesn't exactly run the right offense for him either. I have a feeling you don't even know what Canada's offense is supposed to look like. Nathan Peterman was his crown jewel and he was a pro-style QB.

You forget how Quinn developed a case of alligator arms vs Alabama and cost us several key first downs conteibutingly mightily to a loss in a game we should have won. who knows about L Scott. Diaries was a middle of the road WR.

ONE. One drop versus Bama. There was a second incompletion on another slant. Quinn got his hands on it, and message board guys who never played football will tell you you should catch every ball you touch, but that isn’t true. The second was a bad pass that Quinn had to reach back for. That’s a very difficult play to make on a quick slant.

No matter how many times this gets corrected the lie grows stronger - Quinn dropped several passes against Bama.

The one Quinn dropped was HUGE. By irself, it might have cost us the game, but he did not drop “several”. You could argue “two”, but that second one was on the QB, imo.
