It's not rough for his size and build and skill set . It's rough for a 165 pound slot receiver though, and even then I'd say below average , not necessarily rough.

What good is being fast if you don't have reliable hands? Too many easy drops in his career!

That’s a nothing burger. There’s two types of vehicular homicide - felony type and misdemeanor. Vehicular homicide felony occurs when there’s another egregious act or gross negligence or another criminal act that caused the death, eg drag racing, car chase with the police, or DUI.

Lacy wasn’t running from the cops, wasn’t DUI, wasn’t drag racing. “Supposedly” he passed in a no passing zone. If that’s the case and the prosecution can prove that his actions caused the old man to die, AT best you have misdemeanor version. That’s no jail time, maybe a fine, maybe probation. Maybe.

The small town sheriff overcharged for a headline. This is a nothing burger.
